Warranty Service - a copy of your bill of sale (receipt) is required with your return. If a copy of the original purchase receipt is not included, your product will be deemed out-of-warranty and standard flat rates will apply.

A RMA number is required to return a product for repair. Contact our Authorized Service Center to request an RMA Form.

NOTE: If a replacement power supply module is needed, we will charge an additional US$109.50. The total repair for the Hub would be US$219.50 plus shipping. §Please see notes below. ** For Option 8 modifications: Mixers with serial numbers before 0636-Mxxxxxxxx require more extensive modification and are billed at US$136.95 each (plus shipping). § Certain types of Hear Back Hub power supplies can possibly be refurbished rather than be replaced. If your Hub happens to have one of them, we will attempt to restore it to full operation. The charge for this is $89.95 plus the base rate of $110.00. We have a very limited number of “Loaner” Hubs available if you’re having time restraints on repairs. They’re available for a US$525.00 deposit plus shipping which is refundable (minus shipping) when the Loaner is safely returned. Contact us directly for further details. §§ Freedom Back products are at end-of-life stage. Very few parts are available other than volume potentiometers, knobs, battery covers and belt clips for the receivers. United States FCC regulations and reassignments of the A and B bands to cellular phone use may make these units unusable in the very §§§ MixBack power supplies received by themselves out of the MixBack: US$99.95 to 115.95 depending on condition + shipping. |
