For Warranty Service, a copy of your bill of sale (receipt) is required with your return.

Hear Technologies warrants the equipment against defects in materials and labor to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

Out-of-Warranty Products - All current Hear Technologies products are repaired at a rate of $110.00 per hour, plus parts and return shipping. The minimum charge for any repair is $50.00.

For an estimate, please submit the Service Department Contact Form. Note: Estimates that are declined will be charged a $50.00 fee and return shipping. The fee will be waived if estimate is approved.
