Return Policy

(Effective 1 August 2024)

  1. Hear Technologies merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Merchandise must be in new condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original, undamaged/unmarked packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED from Hear Technologies Customer Service prior to returning item(s) for credit. To obtain an RA number, call Hear Technologies at (256) 922-1200 and provide the representative proof of purchase such as your invoice number or a copy of your bill of sale (receipt).
  4. An RA number is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  6. Personal items such as headphones, earbuds or microphones may not be returned.
  7. Discontinued merchandise cannot be returned for credit.
  8. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a refund will be processed within 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
