Return Policy
(Effective 1 August 2024)
- Hear Technologies merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Merchandise must be in new condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original, undamaged/unmarked packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
- A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED from Hear Technologies Customer Service prior to returning item(s) for credit. To obtain an RA number, call Hear Technologies at (256) 922-1200 and provide the representative proof of purchase such as your invoice number or a copy of your bill of sale (receipt).
- An RA number is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Personal items such as headphones, earbuds or microphones may not be returned.
- Discontinued merchandise cannot be returned for credit.
- Once we receive the returned merchandise, a refund will be processed within 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
